What is HP-UX?
HP-UX is the Unix implementation Hewlett-Packard uses on its PA-RISC workstations and servers. Though it incorporates some BSD features, as well as its own customizations, HP-UX leans toward System V. With the release of HP-UX 10, it is SVR4 with some aspects of OSF/1.

Jeg kan sagtens huske hvordan det var at være 16 og danse foran bashøjttaleren indtil der opstod fysisk interferens mellem musikkens rytme og mit hjerteslag - brystbenet blev udsat for modstridende tryk fra lyd, hjerte og åndedræt - hvis man så holder vejret let når slagene er i den rette interferens kan man komme i en tilstand som på vej til besvimelse.
